- I am an avid yoga practitioner and runner living in Los Angeles. I completed my 200-hour teacher training through YogaWorks with master teacher Annie Carpenter. I am also a certified Yoga for Runners specialist with Toronto Yoga for Runners guru Christine Feldstead. Furthermore, I have recently delved deeper into the study and practice of Yoga Therapy with Jill Miller's Yoga Tune Up® training. My primary interest in life is to enhance mental and physical health and wellness in anyone who happens upon one of my classes - whether it's Yoga Basics, Power Flow, or Yoga for Runners. In my experience, yoga can be applied to any lifestyle to improve physical health and deepen mental/emotional well-being. I hope to see you in class soon!
